DSM NeoResins is a worldwide business headquartered in Waalwijk, The Netherlands and offices in Singapore, Spain, and the USA. Established in 1955 by the Stahl Finish Company of Peabody, Massachusetts, our original organization was to manufacture acrylic resins for leather finishing.

At this time, our company was known as Polyvinyl Chemical Industries. In 1965, Beatrice Chemical Group is formed through the purchase of Stahl and Polyvinyl Chemical. Later, ICI purchased Beatrice Chemical in 1985.Continuing its evolution, Zeneca Resins is formed in January 1993 as a demerger of ICI. Lastly, in July 1999, Avecia is formed through 2 private equity companies, Cinven and Investcorp, and acquires the Zeneca Resins business, now renamed DSM NeoResins.

For more than forty years, customers have relied on us to provide them with waterborne technologies and knowledge to help them achieve - or exceed - their performance goals. Haloflex 202	Drums	"Emulsion designed for maintenance primers, automotive underbody/underhood coatings, rust-converting products, overprint varnishes, and for other coating applications requiring excellent barrier properties. Good adhesion to wide range of substrates, excellent durability, toughness and corrosion resistance properties. Very low moisture vapor permeability."
NeoCryl A-1120	Drums	Modified acrylic/styrene copolymer dispersion for wet film/paper lamination. Good adhesion to olefinic film substrates. High solids and fast drying. Also used in waterborne flexo and gravure ink applications for olefinic substrates. Good water resistance and flexibility make it a good choice for both surface printing and laminating ink applications.
NeoCryl A-2092	Drums	"Modified acrylic/styrene copolymer dispersion for Heat Seal coatings. Excellent plastic film adhesion, heat sealable, and FDA compliances. Also used for overpring varnish and waterbased inks. Excellent printability and transparency. Low film forming temperature with excellent anti-blocking. Excellent water, fat, grease resistance make it ideal for OPV and inks for paper coatings and as modifier to improve ink resistance properties."

NeoCryl BT-9	Drums	"Alkali soluble acrylic copolymer dipsersion with high clarity and flexibility, good pigment wetting and steep pH/viscosity curve. Recommended for pigment preparations, non slip coatings and ahesives systems where clear thansparency is required such as hobby adhesives. Successfully used in adhesives for PET bottle labeling applications where label removal is required."
NeoCryl XK-90	Drums	"100% acrylic emulsion polymer designed for interior/exterior gloss enamel paints. It provides an outstanding balance of high gloss, early block resistance and excellent color development. Low cosolvent demand can be as low as 3.5% on resin solids. Excellent wet adhesion to aged and chalked alkyds. Also great for industrially applied wood coatings and joinery."
NeoRez R-1400	Drums	"Low temperature activation Urethane Dispersion with high temperature resistance upon cure. 110F Minimum activation temp, with >140c heat resistance with isocyanate curing. Ideal for sensitive substrates. 40% solids, low VOC with long shelf life."
NeoRez R-551	Drums	Aliphatic polyether waterborne urethane for low VOC adhesives. Excellent adhesion to variety of substrates and excellent contactability properties. Suitable for contact and industrial laminating adhesive systems. Suitable also for foam/foam and foam/fabric lamination adhesives.
NeoRez R-9249	Drums	"Cosolvent free, nonionic waterborne aromatic urethane polymer for use in one part, heat activated adhesives. Good heat resistance without external crosslinkers. Nonionic nature provides compatibility with broad range of other adhesive polymers."
NeoRez R-960	Drums	"Air dry, water-borne urethane, specifically designed for uses where hardness, flexibility, chemical and abrasion resistance are required. Excellent UV resistance for exterior applications. Enhances water/solvent resistance and adhesion on difficult substrates by addition of CX-100 crosslinker. XP-7600 AZ		XP 7600 AZ is a water-based alkyd emulsion. It can be formulated at vey low VOC levels while maintaining gloss and application properties very similar to those of a solvent-borne alkyd paint.
