China Reduces VAT Refund on Exports

Dear Industry Colleague;

As many of you are no doubt aware, on July 1st China reduced or eliminated the VAT refund on over 2800 different classifications of exported products. This change will have far-reaching ramifications and will affect many industries, including ours. At Fitz Chem we feel that part of our role is to be an information resource for you, technical or otherwise.
